Nymbus could factor into VyStar Downtown expansion

The financial technology company plans to employ more than 600 workers and space is “tapped out” at the credit union’s campus.

A financial technology company with ties to VyStar Credit Union is moving its headquarters to Jacksonville, with plans to site 600 workers downtown.

Three City Council committees advanced a bill for the proposed $321 million project near TIAA Bank Field.

Two more votes are scheduled Oct. 5 before Jacksonville Jaguars owner Shad Khan’s $321 million project heads to a final vote.

The real estate firm released marketing material Sept. 27 and plans to deliver Restaurant at Manor by fourth quarter 2024.
